You've sent 100 applications. You've had 3 interviews. You're still searching. The Lab pairs a former corporate recruiter's insider view with a small community of job seekers who get it. Doors open soon to a founding group.
Free to join. The first 25 members get founding perks and a locked-in price.
Sound familiar?
You've rewritten your CV so many times you don't know which version is the good one.
You apply at midnight and check your inbox at 7am. Nothing.
You made it to the final round. Then: "We went with another candidate." No reason why.
You've stopped opening LinkedIn because everyone else is announcing new roles.
Friends say "something will come up". Your savings account disagrees.
You're starting to wonder if the problem is you.
The truth
It's not you.
Here's what I know from 7+ years on the hiring side: a lot of rejections have nothing to do with you. The role closed internally. The budget moved. The hiring manager changed their mind. You just can't see any of it from where you're standing.
The Lab shows you the other side of the table.

I spent 7+ years on the hiring side, recruiting across the US, EMEA and APAC, and once made 100+ hires in a single year as a solo recruiter. I've read the CVs, sat in the debriefs and seen what makes someone a yes.
Now I'm sharing what recruiters don't usually say out loud, and building the support system I wish every job seeker had.
Every month you search alone costs more than time. It costs confidence, momentum, and the version of you that interviews well.
FAQ
Good to know
Who is The Lab for?
Anyone looking for a job, at any level and in any industry. Whether it's your first role or your next big move, you're welcome.
How much will it cost?
It depends on when you join. The founding 25 pay $27 a month and the next 25 pay $37 a month, both locked in for as long as they stay. After that, it's $47 a month. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
When do the perks unlock?
Some start on day one. The 1:1 perks unlock as you go: your CV review after your first month and, for founding members, a 30-minute strategy call after your second. Everyone can bring a friend free for a month once they've been in for three months.
Is the waitlist free?
Yes. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything.
Where does The Lab happen?
On Skool, which works in your browser and on the Skool app.
